About the product

I would like to share ingredients and their details as it is really important to know how a particular product is made and work for us, normally we just give a look on main ingredients and take products so it is important to know every single detail. My love for mamaearth products this is one of the first reason as after baby Adya was born I was suffering through postpartum hair fall and cant explain in word how bad it feels when daily you see a bunch of hairs in you hands and all over house, but I have no option as have to manage household work and baby alone so self care is sideways yet I tried many oils changed shampoo conditioner but no results , then I get mamaearth kit and give it a try for my surprise saw noticeable change , my hairfall was less and yes it was working for me 🙂
Used regular for a month and now i can say it really helps in reducing hairfall

Ingredients and how they work for you

natural ingredient-
Purified water that works as dilutent
Milk protein that give strength to hair.
Curd extracts gives strength to hair.
Argan oil from agran tree fruit that condition hair and helps in reducing spit ends.
Rosemary oil from leaves of rosemary plant it stimulates hair growth.
Cedar wood oil is antibacterial, fungicide.
Tea tree oil is antibacterial, antimicrobial.
Brassica alcohol from Rapeseed it condition hair.
Brassicamidropropyl Dimethylamine from Rapeseed it condition hair.
Caprylic Capric Tri Glyceride from Coconut oil and Glycerin works as Emollient,solvent.
Hydrolysed Collagen from protein strengthen hair .
Sodium Hyaluronate from Sodium salt of hyaluronic acid strengthen hair .
Synthetic
Potassium Sorbate, Sodium Citrate is synthetic works as preservative from Sorbic acid and Sour salt.

Usage

For best results apply two times a week.
Quantity used depends on your hair, I have medium length hair and I used for 2 months using 2 times a week.
Can be used as leave in too for dry hairs.
Apply from scalp to hair ends massaging with fingers and let it be for 10_15 minutes.
I tried as a mask too mixing with sabudana gel and kept for one hour, leaves hair so soft and conditioned,so no need to go for expensive hair spa when you can get at home .?

Nan khatai

Nan khatai one of our childhood favourite, shortbread like cookies made with ghee (Indian clarified butter) and flavored with cardamom that just melts in mouth and start craving more ?
I always want to bake them and finally when we got our microwave tried my hands on my favourite item.
sharing easy recipe.
INGREDIENTS
1 + 3/4 cup Whole-wheat flour / all purpose flour / maida
1 cup Ghee ( Indian clarified butter )
3/4 cup powdered sugar (you can use more I prefer less sweet)
1/2 cup Chickpea flour/ besan
1 Tsp cardamom powder
1/8 Tsp Baking soda
Pinch of salt
Almonds for garnishing
METHOD
Shift wheat flour , chickpea flour , salt and baking soda in a bowl .
Add powdered sugar to clarified butter (ghee) and whisk well until it becomes light and fluffy.
Add dry ingredients to whisked ghee and sugar and fold gently, the mixture would form a soft dough.
Now divide the dough into small parts and make rounds.
Press the balls gently and garnish with Almond pieces.
now place the balls in a tray and refrigerate for 25-30 minutes.
Meanwhile pre heat your microwave/ oven 170 degrees C
Place the balls on greased baking tray on a parchment paper.
Bake it for 15-20 minutes until it turns light brown, keep watching as it can burn fast, check base for burning.
Let them cool on wire rack and store in air tight container.

3. Well I read it was a maternity dress but where are the zippers .?eagerly started searching and believe me its not easy to see them..hidden secret I can say? stitched and designed so well. 4. It is a free size dress so you can wear it from delivery or before too, as I mentioned free size. ?

5. It is a pretty gown you would not feel as you are wearing a nursing dress.

6. Beautiful pleated pattern. 7. Dress is in beautiful floral prints with a string below bust line, you can get tight or loose according to your comfort. 8. A hook is given on front neckline, so it is not revealing as normal feeding gowns. 9. Stand collar neck design. 10. A must buy for a feeding mom.

Want to add more..after my delivery bought two feeding gowns..and I really hate wearing them..it looks joga baba ? like a sadhu,I kept them back in my cupboard..total money waste,but this dress by @threadsshuttles is so amazing you love wearing it indoor and outdoor too. But every time we eat with a guilt!
Here is whole wheat base pizza recipe – Making Junk Food Healthy!

So let’s enjoy every bite of pizza along with the healthy veggies!
I am a big foodie, I always try something healthy, so that I can eat as much as I want w/o any guilt of eating unhealthy?

Sharing wholewheat base pizza with lots of veggies. Enjoy eating as much as you want ? Both Mommy & Child happy!

INGREDIENTS:

Pizza sauce

  • 4 big tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 4-5 garlic cloves
  • Oregano
  • Chili flakes
  • Sugar if tomatoes are not sweet
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp tomato sauce and salt as per taste

Procedure

  • Boil and peel tomatoes – take 2 whistles in cooker on high flame.
  • Let it cool n blend it.
  • Then add garlic n onion puree to olive oil in a pan and fry, add tomato puree now and add oregano chili flakes let the sauce thicken add tomato sauce and salt n sugar.
  • Sauce is ready

Pizza base

  • 1 1/2 cups wholewheat flour
  • 1/2 cup chiroti rava
  • 1 cup water plus milk 50 50 or use according to dough
  • 1 1/2 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1 1/2 tbsp oil
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt as per taste

Procedure

In half cup luke warm water add sugar and mix well now add yeast and mix and keep aside for 15min until frothy.

Take both flour and rawa/sooji in bowl add salt and mix well.

Make a hole in center add oil and now add frothy yeast mix well with spatula combining to form dough add water as needed until a sticky dough is formed leaving sides of the bowl.

Transfer the sticky dough to work surface and knead well using stretch and fold method until smooth dough is formed it will take around 15 minutes or less.

Now keep this dough in well oiled bowl and cover with cling and keep for raise until doubles it will take around 60 mins.

Meanwhile you can prepare pizza sauce and cut veggies.

  • Take out raise dough and punch out air
  • knead a little make balls of it and rolled out as pizza base thin crust or normal depends on you.
  • Take pizza pan and line it with parchment paper and spread rolled base use fork to put marks on base.
  • Spread pizza sause and one layer of mozzarella.
  • Add veggies of your choice…add more mozzarella generously ?.
  • Sprinkle oregano chilli flakes too if you want.
  • I added cheddar chesse and basil leaves too, keep it aside for another 30 minutes.
  • Preheat oven 180 now bake pizza for 25 min until brown …..serve hot and enjoye the delicious healthy pizza…??

Ten things I learned being mommy..
?We always underestimate ourselves, I always use to feel how I will handle her alone..but babies teach us all..slowly you start learning everyday.
?Mom’s mind works with double speed when we have to think for baby..finding new ways to make her learn new things ….feeding.?
?Breastfeeding is best medicine ..for babies..so feed as long as you can..no matter what world says it’s your baby and you can decide what’s best..and trust yourself ?understanding sign language..it works best if you want to potty training for your baby?
?Sleepless nights are complementary with baby..so accept it ? as baby grows sleep time increases and you too get some sleep time..when baby starts taking solids they sleep with full tummy and for long time.
?Cloth diapering was unknown world for me .thanks to baby, learned a lot and now a happy Cding mom thanks @superbottoms
?Baby wearing….was one of the best too..learned…as I always had bad dream of dropping baby ?…baby wearing take away this fear…is the beautiful feeling …when you feel your baby is safe and secure..and endless cuddles❤ thanks to our @anmol_baby_carriers
?Learned to accept …your own body…when you are mom …you know all things take time..and you are doing best ..enjoy the moments…they will never be back again
?Give yourself time..all things can wait..your health is most important as your baby depends on you..so take care momma
?I learned how baby changes your whole world,way of thinking,your relations,now we think twice before doing something, more family time..avoiding cell phones..outings are important..celebrating all festivals as we want baby to..get all the happiness.. List is lot more..learning is still on …and I think it will be for life..❤
